The nurse identifies some highrisk factors that include -

1. Age - Mrs. Jolly is 60 years old, the risk of anesthesia dramatically increases in older age.

2. lower dentures - The patient has lower dentures which can be dangerous. So remove it before giving anesthesia.

3. Anxiety and Depression - Patient should feel free before surgery, otherwise, it can affect communication and also increases treatment difficulties in postoperative periods.

4. Vision impairment and hearing difficulties
