Lipid panel revels total Cholesterol 324mg/dl, HDL 31mg/dl, LDL 122mg/dl, triglycerides 402mg/dl, VLDL 54mg/dl His diagnosis is an acute inferior wall myocardial infraction.

HDL-High density lipoprotein.

High density lipoprotein is also called good cholesterol because it carries all cholesterol in our body to the liver,so cholesterol levels in the body get decreased.
