Answer: The home health should intervene about the mental condition of the client. Because people at old age mostly suffers from loneliness and depression. In this case, women is suffering from mental stress and the home health nurse should focus on the eating habits of the client. It is important that client should have proper and healthy diet. Stress may increase the risk of heart disease. Due to improper nutrients, the client is becoming weak and hence causes stress as well as weakness.
