  • N.18.6 - end stage renal disease
  • D 64.9. - Reimbursement purpose (for those who spent lots of money)
  • E 10.9 - type1 Diabetes mellitus with out complication
  • T 82.868A -grftotomy these are the actually given codes for following data in your question.. Code 110 was not applicable we can cancel this from billing.
  • Three more codes we can add those are 1.D63.1 for epoetin injection ,2.Z99.2 for renal dialysis. 3.037 j3zz is for thrombectomy.
