medial epicondylitis. is also known as golfer's elbow. It is the infection and inflammation of tendons of forearm muscles, especially near to bony parts.

The best 2 exercises used for medial epicondylitis is

- Active wrist extension mobilization

Take quadruped position, then slowly come forward and go backward. It improves both mobility and strength.

Extended elbow wrist flexion and extension

Keep straight elbow, then flex your wrist to backward and aging move it to forward and make a strong fist. It encourages blood flow to injury area.
