- Active wrist extension mobilization

Take quadruped position, then slowly come forward and go backward. It improves both mobility and strength.

Extended elbow wrist flexion and extension

Keep straight elbow, then flex your wrist to backward and aging move it to forward and make a strong fist. It encourages blood flow to injury area.
