Managers who work in blue collar: This is some where the manager need to work hard to make the fellow employees happy and their contribution of work.

Blue-collar managers involve managing the physical labour, skilled and unskilled workers, hence managerial style or collaborative style of leadership suits best for the , because they can not be so rigid on the human workforce in order to make them involved in work and common goals of the organization.

White collar managers need to deal with the workers who look after the administration of the organization, hence the autocrat style of leadership may best suits them.

Steering and supporting type of leadership:

In this type of leadership …the manager should be self-motivated, self sufficient to judge clearly to choose the path of travel ..and should be steady enough to stick to his principles and discipline.

Support the employees when ever necessary in a holistically. Constant learning from tasks will become goal when dealing with said task. Invest the morale and understand the real worth of the individual and support them

Steering and supporting type of leadership is very important factor in affecting organizational behaviour .
