ANSWER : option (b) is correct option , the first group of phoneme develop are : /p/ ,/m/, /h/, /n/, /w/ (velar approximant) and /b/ .

these phonemes are begin to develop before the of 2, and all except the /b/ are mastered by the age 3. the /b/ is not mastered until the age 4.
