2.  Based on your nursing school experience thus far, what advice would you give to a prospective nursing student?

• Practicing in the clinical is the most inevitable opportunity for a nursing student to put the theories learned in classrooms into an experience. Make maximum utilization out of it.
• Eat a healthy balanced diet for lowering stress and have a high level of energy. Avoid fast food.
• A 20 minutes exercise should be done regularly to reduce stress to a greater extend.
• Don't allow family responsibilities and personal resolutions to interfere with the study.
• Keep mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy to work at night shifts.
• Develop a positive attitude about personal abilities and nursing subjects.
• Find time to engage in recreational activities along with friends to alleviate stress.
• Get at least 7 hours of sleep as it can improve ability of the brain.
