2.1.1 A research hypothesis is defined as a specific, clear, testable proposition or a predictive statement about the possible outcome of a study based on the available characteristic of a population.

Null hypothesis is a hypothesis stating that there is no statistical significance between the 2 variables in the hypothesis

2.1.2 Problem statement: Leading to a context that us shared and explaining the problem within the shared context followed by sharing the solution to the problem.

5 components are

Status quo: Status quo in general refer to things as they are. In order for the writer to persuade the reader mind or action, we need to make the reader to reexamine the status quo. This will create a common ground between the writer and establishes certain common information and assumptions.

Destabilising moment: Expresses questions or predicament, motivating a change in thought

or action, demonstrates a need or thoughtful action etc, reveals inadequacies, assesses difficulties

Questions; To assume the questions from audience and answer them.

Consequences; Readers to assume persuasive consequences either a benefit or to suffer

Solution; Writer need to propose a resolution and explain how his resolution addresses this problem.

2.1.3 Action research refers to variety of investigative evaluative or analytucal research trying to identify the weaknesses and helps the reasearchers to identify the practical solution fastly and efficiently by posing questions, collecting data, investigating hypothesis through many cycles of action.
