And by physical activity and by education peron not able to control weight and diet respectively then we need to consider under gastric surgery

Because at bmi 40 it cause obesity induced apnea and now weight have to be controlled

Yes requirements of gastric surgery increase in the future time because there is more use of fast food by the children now a day so they develop fat in there adelosense liife and adult of current time also eat lots of fast food that cause obesity
