Answer #1

Ans) Financial barriers
For the first eight months, most refugees have access to a health insurance called Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA). Other refugees may be eligible for more long term coverage through health insurance plans like Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program, which last for several years.

- Although most welcoming countries offer in principle some kind of medical screening upon arrival, many refugees do not benefit from these services and the quality of screening programmes is questionable and often overlooks mental health problems. Legal restrictions also impede refugees' access to health care.
