Ans

1 premature ejaculation.  

Measure- time between start of intercourse and ejeculation

Intervention-ssri

Reason - because in most of the case there is depression is the reason for premature ejaculation

2-

Oligospermia

Measure- sperm count

Intervention- mood stabilizer and antidepressants like lithium and ssri

Reason - most of thr time there is anxity which lead to the oligospermia

3-infertility

Measure- sperm count in male

Antibodies against sperm in female and egg production in female

Treatment- in vitro fertilization aur intra cytoplasmic sperm injection
