A diagnosis of acute appendicitis, with possible perforation was indicated with immediate surgery.

Abscess: reprued appendix causes abscess formation in abdomen need to be drained.

Septicemia: if the reptured appendix remain untreated becteria enters to blood strem and cause sepsis.
