cholesterol. Her exam results revealed that at 5’8” and 206 lbs,
her BMI 31.6 puts her in the obese range, and she exhibits high
blood pressure.

studies say junk foods damage their kidney.
Cheryl can bring her results back to normal by stop
consuming sugar addicts diet, carbonated beverages, and fast food.
Eating low saturated fats and trans fats lower heart disease risk.
she has to eat 1800 calories in the diet and only 20 grams of
saturated fat per day is normal. transfat have a negative impact on
insulin sensitivity and there is a type 2 diabetes risk. advised
her to take a low carbohydrate diet. she has do regular exercise,
avoid a sedentary lifestyle. it controls high blood sugar, obesity,
and sugar level.
