Answer #1

The calculation for adjusted hospital autopsy rate is:

Gross autopsy= a/ d

Gross autopsy rate = ( a/d) ×100

Where

a is total inpatient autopsies

D is total inpatient deaths

Hence,

Gross autopsy= 6/24 = 0.25

Gross autopsy rate = (6/24)×100= 25%
