Team is consists of different people who have their own views and ideas. Sometimes due to diversion of thoughts and opinions there is conflict among the team members as some may agree to the topic or some may oppose. This is a general and natural thing can be happened while working in a team. It is better to respect the views and ideas of other team members and try to solve the conflict as by choosing the particular decision on which most of the members gets agree. But incase the problem doesn't solve then asking help from the other highly qualified professional who is not directly involved in the process can take the decision.
