Answer: Electronic health system is use to record a huge number of documents, data regarding patient treatment, medical history etc. The electronic health system is required to be interoperable because it need to transfer the data from one system to another. Everytime when a patient arrive for the treatment, sometimes he need to visit another physician for other diseases or issues so all the records needed to be maintained and then saved in the EHR through which the healthcare professionals can easily access the records and documents for the new patient.
