Ans.) Equity theory depends on the possibility that people are persuaded by reasonableness For instance of value hypothesis, if a representative discovers that a friend doing the very same activity as them is gaining more cash, at that point they may do less work, in this manner making decency in their eyes.Everybody in the work environment is persuaded by something. This inspiration could be outer in nature, such a cash, and status, or inner, for example, a craving to work superbly. Pioneers and supervisors have tried to comprehend speculations of inspiration and afterward test them in the work environment to expand the efficiency and adequacy of their workforce.

Both the person, Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Abrahm are right up to some extent. As if the workers are satisfied with their salary, bonus and other perks, they will be productive. But on the other it is also true in some cases that when their needs are fulfilled, they stop working efficiently. Actually, it is human nature that when we get enough to satisfy our requirement. We stop pushing our self to work hard. Thus, in my opinion there should be a balance between both the statements. For example, employees are entitled to get all kinds of perks but there must be a bench mark. They have to attain that to get the benefits.
