1 One of the clinical manifestations of angina is chestpain ,usually in the substernal ,retrosternal,or epigastric areas.The pain is usually persistent and unlike any other pain ,it is usually described as a heaviness,pressure ,burning,constriction or crushing and tightness. it could occur either at rest ,asleep or awake.When epigastric pain is present ,the patient may relate it to indigestion and take antacids without relief.Older patient may experience a change in mental status ,shortness of breath,pulmonary edema,dizziness or dysrhythmia.if the pain does not relieve by rest,position change or nitrate administration .it is the hallmark of an MI.The doctor can diagnose the condition by looking into Ecg findings,testing serum cardiac markers and coronary angiography.

2 The components of a complete blood cell count are WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,platelet count and Red cell distribution width.

  • RBC count helps in the evaluation of Anaemia.
  • Hb-measurement of total amount of HGB in blood.
  • Hematocrit- indirect measurement of RBC.
  • WBC -Identifying immune response.
  • Platelets- assess bleeding disorders,monitor course of disease or bone marrow failure.

3 The main reason is that people who consume high amount of soda ,develops osteoporosis in future.The main reason is that,they tend to avoid milk and milk products,other fruit juices with that of soda resulting in calcium depletion ,Calcium depletion result in fragility of bonesand such people tend to have fractures more easily.
