Assessment - Risk for ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion related to head injury
Recommendations - I request you to ask for a consultant to see the patient now and shift him to critical care unit . Do you need any test like ABG ,EKG etc and does any changes in the treatment is needed like vitals every hourly ,etc to prevent complications .
