Answer: The nurse should include in the teaching plan for the child and family as avoid being in a different temperatures, should also avoid intake of temperature differences meals such sudden hot and then cold drinks. Should avoid exposure to pollution which can cause breathing problems.

Asthma affect the self esteem as the child becomes unable to breath properly, he lives in fears all the times whenever asthma attack can occur. He can't play like others. Most of the friends of him might be tease him. He thinks that he is abnormal and won't be able to live his life properly.
