3)Laxk of education is another reason as they may not have enough education.Thus,they cannot understand that the instructions given by dental providers.

1)inorder to decrease disparities in the ratio of cavities,it is important to make centers to control and prevent disease.This would help to manage basic infrastructure.,providing fluoridation water,coordination of dental health programs.This will improve the level of participation in rural health.

2)It is indeed to focus on administration for children and families.Early and periodic treatment should be provided by dentist to find out the early symptoms of oral disease in children.Make relationship with children and family which would assist to make a treatment plan

3)Educational programms should be implemented before starting oral health programs.because,they may unaware of the complications and consequences of not following oral hygiene properly.This teaching programs would assist to enhance the participation of people in rural communities
