18)CMA reports medication errors when she finds that she gave wrong medicine ,or through wrong route or wrong time.early reporting helps to prevent adverse reactions and complications.

19)it should be kept away from patients bed side or it can be discarded to prevent medication errors

20)g tube is inserted in the stomach directly through abdomen

21)it should be flushed with warm water before and after administering any medicines and also after each feed.

22)B.it should be zapplied in limited quantity to reduce side effects

23)Head of the bed should be elevated atleast 30 degree or make the patient to sit in an upright postion before starting g tube feeding
