A. No , the nurses communication is not appropriate with the client . The patient has come to her for consultation and resolving her queries and doubts about liposuction and to know about how it will be help ful for her . The nurse should therapeutic communication with her and encourage her to express her concerns regarding liposuction and should make her doubts clear in a therapeutic way . She should provide her knowledge about liposuction it's advantages and side effects and what all need to be done after liposuction to maintain the weight like diet modifications , exercises etc . The nurse don't have the right to say her that liposuction will not be helpful for her and to take decision on behalf of her .

B. The nurse should communicate with all clients in a therapeutic way using therapy communication skills . She should encourage the patients to express their concerns and help them to resolve them Patient has to take the decision based upon the knowledge provided to them by the healthcare workers and not healthcare professionals should take decision on behalf of patients .
