Yes, I can concerned with this scenario. The baby is received steroid therapy and receding aerosol treatment, and Levalbuteral nebulization taken, three hours ago, even though this are all the treatment over he does not get better from asthamatic illness, so this we need to concern.

Then what is the another problem for this we need to assess the child, regarding the problem clearly, whether he is having any dust allergy or any pollutants allergy and any dietary history leads to this health problem.

I will say mother regarding,

* avoid exposure to the dust and other pollutants.

* avoid to give cool items like ice creams, cool drinks,

* advise mother to continue the treatment for the baby what ever advised by physician.

* continue the nebulization treatment.

* provide comfortable position like semifowlers position with the support of pillows.

* avoid to exposure to the smoking and other smoke ect.

It will take time to cure Like this I will educate the mother.
