Answer #1

Q1

Answer-- In the 8-9 month of pregnancy period fetus achieve his maximum weight (approximately) like uterus 900gm, amniotic fluid 600-800ml, fetus weight approx 3kg

due to this weight perineal organs compressed meanwhile the urinary bladder is not a solid structure, it is a hollow muscular compress able organ, like when empty it cover a small space in perineum but when it filled with urine it cover large space and give compression to surrounding structure.

In this situation uterus have more weight so give compression to bladder also to rectum.

Due to this compression after storage of small urine init it give urinary reflex l.

Q2

Answer - this statement is fully wrong because urinary output does not depend on the baby's gender, it is same either in female baby or a male baby.

It is due to the compression given by uterus to its surrounding or below structure.
