Answer #1

Table 2

2. Only albumin solution only had presence of protein in biuret test .because remaining things did not have proteins because there is no presence of amino acids or peptide bonds in that solution.

3. Complication of copper ions to functional groups in the proteins peptidbonds.the formation of copper ions protein needs two peptide bonds and produce the violet colour and measured by absorption spectroscopy at 540nm.

Table 3

1. In heat

Changes in the ph level affect the amino acids and lead to denaturation

In acids

Secondary and tertiary structures are altered but the peptide bonds of the primary structure between amino acids are not altered once it is denatured the protein can no longer functioning.

In salt

Increases in sodium chloride present in the egg white solution the salt molecules readily interact with water .egg proteins are calculated and get denatured.

Alcohol

Same as in heat

Heavy metal ions - same as in acids

2.other methods are ,

Electrostatic forces

Hydrogen bonds

Hydrophobic force

Sisulfide bonds and others are temperature , acid, salts and ph level

These are all alter the structures of protein and denatured it.

3 .proteins can be denatured by heat , acid, salt , and gravy metals. The swallowed poison can react with the proteins of milk or egg white for denaturing. Rather than on the protein sites and tissues in the stomach or mouth. It will stimulate the nausea and vomiting. So the poisons will vomiting with egg white or milk while in case of ingestion of heavy metals ions.

    10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
