According to the ethical practices and based on the fundamental laws of a constitution getting health care services is the right of the people . Its human right to get the treatment and everyone has to be treated equally without any discrimination on the basis of colour ,creed ,caste , socioeconomic status etc . In this case Reyes Camarena is a prisoner and he has renal failure for which he has to undergo dialysis lifelong . Transplant is a option for him but the waiting list is too long due to unavailability of organs . Be it a killer or a rapist he is a human being . He has the right to get the treatment even if he is in the jail and all the healthcare services and charges are paid by the government and for this the tax paid by the population is being used . So, it's not about that why a prisoner is getting such expensive care but it's about the justice . He has the justice to be treated for his disease condition .
