A patient having an endocrine disorder that affects the thyroid gland, a gastrointestinal system that affects the stomach, cardiovascular system affected the heart, the respiratory system affected the lungs, the neurology system affected the brain and cause depression, orthopedic system affected the bone and patient prone for fracture and fall risk.
The endocrine and nervous system work together and manage the other system function, it regulates the cardiovascular system. our endocrine system produces hormones and released into the bloodstream. our body system works together to keep our body function normally.
In this case, abnormal thyroid hormones affect many systems in our body, it affects the person's metabolism, mental function, bowel movements, peripheral system, it weakens the lung's and digestive system slows the movement of food in the stomach and cause a digestive problem. being alone and depression and produce the hormones excessively and cause many system problems.
Exercising physically can prevent her from a cardiovascular problem, improves her mood and provide energy and makes her social interaction and connect with friends and family. It also avoids depression and anxiety, promotes normal hormone function to help to regulate other body functions.
Exercising mentally positively impacts depression and relieves stress and makes our mood stabilized.
