Answer #1

1.y=10-2x

y=3x

At intersection ,there will same coordinate of both lines,

So putting ,y=3x into y=10-2x

3x=10-2x

x=2,

Y=3*2=6

So coordinate (2,6) represent intersection of these two lines.

2. P=a-bq{equation1}

P=c+dq{equation 2}

Equation2. : P=c+dq

q=(p-c)/d

Putting this into equation 1,

P=a-b((p-c)/d)=(ad-bp-cb)/d

dp+bp=ad-cb

P(d+b)=ad- cb

P={(ad-cb)/(d+b)}

3.a)13*x^12

b)0

C)-3/(u)^2

D)-2/(u)^1/2

E)18x*(3x2-13)^2

F)12x2+12x=12(x2+x)

G)1+(-3/(x2))

4. For 3a slope=13x12=13

3b slope =0

3c slope=-3/4=-0.75

3d slope=-(2^1/2)=-√2
