Solution :- (1)

Total Cost of 9 Cabs = $4,000

If the 10th Cab is added then total Cost = $4,200

Therefore Incremental Cost = $4,200 - $4,000 = $200

Incremental Revenue due to adding 10th Cab = $300

Therefore net Benefit = $300 - $200 = $100

As there is benefit in adding 10th Cab so the company should paid the 10th Cab,

Therefore the Answer is Yes.
