12. Judgemental attitude.

An effective practice manager should have the qualities like fairness( behaviour without favouritism or impartial behaviour), firmness( meant to be with the resolute determination or strength of character), tact( skill and sensitivity in dealing with tough issues) and open -mindedness( having a quality of receptiveness to new ideas). An efficient practice manager should not have a judgemental attitude. Judgemental attitude results in forming harsh and critical opinion about lots of people and the person who have judgemental attitude often rushes to judgement without reason. They can't maintain strong and healthy relationships. But those two are vital to success in their career.

13. ADA policy

401(k) plan

Benefit section of Employee hand book usually contains ADA policy( Americans with Disabilities Act policy): a policy to protect the employees with disability, states that an employer with 15 or more employees should not show discrimination to applicants with disabilities. The benefit section also contains 401(k) plan( it is a retirement savings plan sponsored by an employer).
