warfarin (Coumadin) was not used to treat this patient as warfarin in combination with Asprin that is being given in this treatment has a very high risk of bleeding, (Hurlen - ‎2002). Further warfarin as a adverse effect in acute myocardial infarction: increases the left ventricular thrombus formation, (Kontny - ‎1993)
