1.BP(Blood pressure) the pressure exerted by the blood on the walls of blood vessels. If it is normal (normotensive)high (hypertension) low (hypotension ).The reading of systolic and diastolic forms the blood pressure.Normal BP:120/80mmHg

P (Pulse) is the beats of the heart counted per minute.

It is essential to urgent to check this ,because the nature of treatment to be given depends on these two reading of the patient

2.The word hypertension (hyper=increased or high) tension (pressure).

Tachycardia(tachy=rapid or fast) cardiac (heart ) beats. The normal range is 60 to 100 beats per minute. When it is more than 100 it is termed to be tachycardia

3.Polyuria refers to increased amount of urine. The patient passes urine very frequently. For an adult the normal range varies from 500 to 1500 ml/day

Rhinorrhea refers to cold or nasal discharge which are thin mucous secretions

Eupnea is unlabored normal bresthing pattern

Cholelithiasis refers to the stones in th gallbladder

4.Water is the main content in balancing a blood pressure.Drinking water can either decrease the blood pressure (by dilution ) or increase blood pressure by (maintaining the fluid level). The sips of water will not affect the reading.Dtinking water canbraise the blood pressure im 2 to 3 minutes and to return to normal it takes about an hour according to research. So it is better avoid large quantity of water before a blood pressure reading.
