Usually, cancer can lead to distress in patients. This study was about detecting distress in cancer patients such as fever, nervousness, fatigue, worries, etc. The purpose of the study is to determine the distress in gynecological cancer patients, the prevalence of the disease, specific problem identified with the patient, and knowledge of the staff on distress screening. Mixed method design was used in this study. Distress thermometer was used to assess the distress level of the patients. Patients with distress level of greater than 4 are followed up and assessed.
