But it is not good than the antibiotic impregnated dressing, because it is made up of with petroleum designed to provide non adherent packing for full thickness of wounds, it will provide moist environment and it is conducive to wound healing .
It is comfortable than antibiotic cream dressing, because those made with fine soft and comfortable gauze pads with white petroleum.
