The globalisation though has a lot of positive side or also has son negative sides which can harm the health of the population health

• The rapid spread of infectious diseases like tuberculosis, AIDS,SARS,flu, etc., has made these diseases pandemic across world.The overall expenditure on the prevention and management of these communicable diseases has an direct impact on the countries economic growth.
• Due to globalisation the need of food to all has also considerably increased. But the production is lower ,which makes the available products costlier and making all people to afford it which has finally led to malnutrition This is greatly affected in children and women. On other side an increase in production by use of chemicals impacts the public health directly fur yo genetically modified foods
• The rapid progresses of chronic diseases like cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity ,etc., has made many to take part in the health needs and ,monetary gains by other corporate organization keeping health as a center
• The use of tobacco and alcohol has greatly increased worldwide due to its availability in a cheaper way and affecting the overall health of The population either directly or indirectly
• The shortage of staff in the healthcare sector when comparing to the growing number of the patients has hampered the quality of care deliverd to them

The harm caused by the neo liberalism on public health are

• It has ignored many social determinants
• People who deserve care are limited due yo their poor socioeconomic status,e.g., disabled population has more health needs than the free market available in the society.
• Laissez-faire policies hasca direct impact on the health of the population due to market oriented policies than public orientated policies .This has brought inequality in between health and wealth of the global populations.
