●Cancer one of the deadliest disease which has a high recurrence rate even after the initial stage detection and treatment. One main reason is the immune state alteration.Immunotherapy or biological therapy is a recent advanced therapy in the treatment of cancer.The immunity is boosted by production of T cells in the laboratory for about 2 to 8 weeks and then introduced in the patient to fight the target cancer cells.Immune checkpoint inhibitor and cytokines are effective in treating skin cancer. The immune checkpoint inhibitor works by blocking certain protein and paying way to T cells to fight the cancer cells.The chemical components interferon and interleukins of cytokines acts as a messenger to the immune system.The interleukin increases the immune cells and interferon messages the immune cell to stop multiplication of cancer cells.

●Overactive bladder refers to passing urine at an urge even if the bladder is not full.If not treated on the right time it can significantly changes one's lifestyle in the following way

• it can lead to skin infections due to urine leakage
• it can affect one's social life by making them uneasy to participate in activities or work outside where it will be a great discomfort in search 8f a bathroom if the urge comes
• This makes them isolated from others like family members and friends and may lead to loneliness and depression overtime
• It has an impact on the sexual life of the individual
• People will not able able to carry out a work or job ,it can greatly decrease the quality of performance in th job,can lead to criticism and make them stressful
• They cannot work out or do any exercises for their overall health

●Peptic ulcer, the most common gastrointestinal disorder.It can occurs physically (medical condition treatment) psychological (stress). One of the drug used in its treatment is antacid.They work by neutralizing the excess acids secreted in the stomach and thereby preventing the erosion of the gastric or intestinal linings from ulcerating and causing pain.

This drug are most widely and commonly used because of the OCT availability. This on continuous use can lead to diarrhoea (if it contains magnesium ) constipation (if it contains aluminium or calcium),aluminium intoxication, hypophosphatemia ,long term use can lead to stomach cramps and osteoporosis .So this drug has to be taken as prescribed by the physician.
