A)patients signs and symptoms explicate ,she has Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.enlarged lymph nodes are seeing most ccommonly in patient with lymphoma.Moreover,she has fever,malaise,fatigue most importantly her leukocytes are very high.these lymph nodes are seen in sides of neck.Moreover,this disease orginatez from white blood cells called lymphocytes.this is the part of immune system of body.these lymphoma can occur from any where from the body where lymph tissues seen.Thus,spleen also get enlarged in these case.

B)Make her understand she fell down with sick not because of her friends.this is due to infection in lymphnodes.this can be treated now days.all facilities are available here to get better care for you.these can reliever her fear to some extend.tell her follow the doctors oreders correctly.tell the family members to be with her and give psychological support to get rid of her anxiety.
