Health-care sector is a broad area which comes across  different types of patients different conditions.Abuse ,neglect of residents happens mostly unintentionally but in rare cases it occurs intentionally. What solver it may be it has to be reported to the administrator and other officials in afcordance with state law within 5 working days .In case if the incident is proved, appropriate legal actions will be taken on the person who committed it.
