2.remove dress from down to up.

3.turn the patient to one side to remove hands

4.then one should support head and neck

5.other should remove it through head.

3.first remove one leg by supporting it by other nurse

4.then remove dress from other leg and raise the hip with support to raise it in the level of abdomen.
