1.The person is having signs of stroke.He have weakness in the left side only hence the stroke type is hemiplegia because only one side of the body gets afftected.

2.Possible causes: Thrombus formation in the blood vessels in the cerebral circulation.Lack of blood supply to the functional area of the brain,Uncontrolled hypertension,Stress,emotional disturbance,inheritance or family history,smoking and alcoholism .

3.Emergency care:Emergency care is to check CAB (Circulation,airway and breathing) due to blood supply cutoff to the brain region it can occur.Client must be immediately shifted to the hospital.Hence it should be checked and stabilize the client vital signs.It is the initial and important life saving measure.then within 4 hours provide treatment to the stroke medically or surgically which depends on the situation.

4.Not disclosing about the client health condition to other individuals.Due to stroke the client cannot himself protect him so Ensure he is completely covered and nothing  exposed out.Thus can protect client privacy.

Positioning the client must be in recovery position.Support the affected arm.Never allow it to hang or compress.

Raising the affected extremities without flexing the joints.
