Their refusal to quit a job even at the age of retirement due to physical fitness can cause an increase in the unemployment of the younger generation. The elderly population requesting for a longer employment, financial phenomenon to be met by the government when it comes to the insurance policy,lack of adequate pension benefits,other perks and benefits.All this is a dream of American retirement to be fulfilled.
