Patient weight 202 pounds = 92 kgs (divide pounds with 2.2 to convert into kilograms)

8 mcg / kg / min = 8 $\times$ 92 = 736 mcg per minute

For one hour 736 $\times$ 60 = 44160 mcg per hour

44160 mcg = 44 mg (divide mcg with 1000 to get value in mg)

To know the mg in 1 ml of solution divide dose with volume
