Unemployment rate =Unemployed people/ Workforce

GDP per head=Total GDP/ Population.

In 1999,

968=58.08*1000 million/Population

Population in 1999 =58.08*1000/968

= 60million or 60,000,000

Workforce= 60% of the population

= 60% of 60 million

=36 million or 36,000,000

Unemployment rate = Unemployed people/ Workforce

10% = Unemployed people/36,000,000

Unemployed people = 3,600,000.

Thus, the correct option is none of these.
