7) The best type of insurance to pay estate taxes and probate fees above is that instead of invest in bank we would recommended to invest in Tax Saving Solution because if it is business man they get good benefits for tax and return should also be good otherwise best type of insurance is equity hybrid fund where we get good return in future to pay taxes and probate fees.

8) There will be no additional taxes on her death and jeff being survivor .

Probate fees also increase due to additional property being after jeff dad death so they also pay probate fee on 400000 .
