Informed consent has to be done in all procedures by the concerned healthcare professionals to the patient and relatives or to the surrogate innthe language and knowledge they best understand .When the patient or the guardian doesn't understands the consent and if the healthcare professionals has not counter checked by confirmation is a form of medical negligence. Here the provider is at risk of legal consequences forvthw negligence and will be subjected tort by giving a memo or suspension ,penalties for the expenditure. This is to be approved because the parents were a subject to emotional trauma and financial loss.
