Because, from the beginning of life, the family only responsible for the all.
* if we take from reproductive age they have to take adequate nutritious diet to maintain their good health to give birth to the child.
* they have good psychologically, mentally, and physically well being.
* The marriage should be get in reproductive age only. After the marriage again the mother has to maintain good nutritional status by taking good food and supplements.
* The gap must be there in between child to child at least 3 years.
* so that the adequate nutrients will get by mother and also baby.
* good and complete breast feeding should be given.
