a) Formula: ml/hr = Volume in ml ÷ time in hrs

= 250/4 = 62.5 ml/hr ~ 63 ml/ hr

b) Formula = gtt/min = Volume in ml ÷ time in mins × drop factor

= 250 × 20 / 4 × 60

= 20.83 ~ 21 gtt/min
