Clinical condition is Kindey stone as patient has Pink colour urine,Haze ,Protein +, Blood 3+, with back pain which is the presentation of kidney stone.

Patient# 3

Clinical condition is Urinary tract infection as the patient has frequent urge for urination , Leukocyte Esterase 2+, Nitrate+,Blood 1+ and she is also suffering from Proteinuria as protein level in urine is high (2+).

Patient#4

Clinical condition is Mild proteinuria as protein is slight elevated ; trace in amount .
